The hotel has a country touch exterior and is situated in a beautiful and secluded location, ideal for skiers in the Laurentians. Rooms near a small alcove with couches did not meet my 4.0-star hotel expectations; one night in the Rustic part of the Hotel left me with an uncomfortable bed, and the thin walls made it easy to hear neighbors talk or cough.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were not up to par with a 4.0-star hotel; uncomfortable bed and thin walls.
Service
7.0
The staff was polite and knew how to treat customers without asking. However, needing a remote control to start the air conditioner that took 3 hours for the room to be comfortable was inconvenient for the price paid.
Location
8.0
The location was perfect, very close to many places we wished to visit, but the unfriendly reception upon arrival was a downside. The secluded setting in the Laurentians is appealing, especially for skiers, but accessibility for strollers and wheelchairs needs improvement.
Dining
9.0
The dining experience was fantastic value for money with a vast array of choices for all tastes. The $20pp CAN buffet with an omelette station, fresh fruits, cereals, and croissants was a highlight for both dinner and breakfast.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities need some improvement; accessibility for strollers and wheelchairs should be enhanced.

The hotel offers very nice and huge rooms, although they lack balconies. The service is uniformly friendly and helpful. The location in the Laurentians creates a very relaxing and romantic environment. The dining experience is good for an easy meal at a reasonable price. The facilities are well-maintained with a decent sized swimming pool and other amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern style of the rooms, although they weren't ready for us until 5 pm, and the unplugged state made it a bit cold.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were totally modern, but the fact that ours wasn't ready until 5 pm and was cold initially was a downside. The location down some stairs may not be ideal for everyone.
Service
7.0
The staff was very nice and informed us about all the amenities. However, there was one barmaid/waitress named Jenna who was quite rude and tried to overcharge us. Service was prompt in some areas, like showing us how to access our room conveniently.
Location
6.0
The surroundings were well-maintained with a decent sized swimming pool, tennis courts, and golf grounds, offering a lovely stay overall. Unfortunately, the bad smell present during our visit was a major downside.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was good for a quick and affordable meal, especially for families. The variety of choices at breakfast was satisfactory for us.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered various facilities like a swimming pool, tennis courts, and golf grounds. However, the cleanliness issue, especially the bad smell, was a significant drawback.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was lovely, close to Saint Sauveur, with a great view. The rooms, unfortunately, were noisy, an unexpected letdown for a supposed 4.0-star hotel. The service was polite but bare minimum. Dining was good, but the buffet options were limited. Despite these setbacks, the warm swimming pool at night made our stay memorable.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite noisy, even late at night, and didn't meet the 4.0-star expectations.
Service
6.0
The service was polite but basic, not going above and beyond.
Location
8.0
The property's location was very good, especially with the inviting swimming pool at night.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was quite good, though the buffet options were limited.
Facilities
